3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order on the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the Products subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Headstrong Wellness reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Payment for Products is due at the time of purchase. We accept credit & debit cards. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Headstrong Wellness offers shipping within the U.S. Shipping fees are calculated during checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping method.
While we strive to fulfill all orders in a timely manner, Headstrong Wellness is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of the Products, returns and exchanges are not accepted once the product has been opened or used. However, if you receive a defective or damaged Product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will provide a replacement or refund.
All refund requests are subject to our approval and the return of the defective or damaged item.
